Service Description

Every player needs a proper foundation. We believe the easiest way to teach this, is in an off - ice setting which allows us to teach techniques step by step and break down bad habits by rebuilding the Proper fundamentals. After they have mastered the basic fundamentals in shooting, puck handling, and passing, we will move into more advanced skills and teach situational game play to better improve their hockey IQ. Every Training session we will include 10 minutes of Evo Ultafit training.
