Mastering the basics and fundamentals of hockey essentials, to improve your players overall skill development. Focusing on PROPER technique of puck handling, shooting, passing, and situational game plays. Off-ice training is VITAL to improving hockey skills, as it allows players to really pay attention to detail and go through the motions of technique step by step. Join Coach Rocco for lessons every Tuesday and/or Wednesday at 5:00 PM at The Gardens Park. You’re welcome to come once a week—or twice, if you’re ready to level up!
