Mastering the basics and fundamentals of hockey essentials, to improve your players shooting and scoring. Focusing on PROPER technique of shooting, scoring and situational game plays. Off-ice training is VITAL to improving hockey skills, as it allows players to really pay attention to detail and go through the motions of technique step by step.
